Dorothea Haeusler lost her husband of 53 years to cancer two years ago. Suddenly, she found herself in a situation she had never been in before. For her entire life she played support roles as daughter, wife, and mother, but never played the ME role. Finding herself at a crossroads, she felt there was something inside longing to get out but was confused about where to start.
Speaking to other women like herself, she found many who could relate to her and her situation. So, in the process of finding herself, she found a passion for inspiring other women move on from events of grief and separation towards their version of a fulfilling life. She wants older women to understand they can still contribute, make a difference, and follow their dreams no matter what age.
